This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit techfxlabs.com. It is written to meet the notice requirements of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act") and the rules made under it. We have written it to be read, not skimmed.
Who we are
techfxlabs.com is operated by TechFX Labs OPC Pvt Ltd, a One Person Company (Private Limited) with its registered office at Nagpur, Maharashtra 440025, India. Under the DPDP Act we are the Data Fiduciary — the entity that decides why and how personal data is processed. You are the Data Principal.

Scope
This policy covers techfxlabs.com only. Our products are separate services with their own privacy notices, and this policy does not apply to them. If you follow a link to another website, that website's policy applies — including lifeofapet.com, which we link to from our Projects pages.
What we collect
This is a static website. It has no user accounts, no contact forms, no newsletter, and no analytics or advertising. We do not set out to collect personal data at all.
The only personal data that reaches us is:
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., records standard technical information when a page is served: IP address, date and time, the page requested, referring page, browser and operating system user agent, and response status. These logs exist to keep the site available and secure, and to diagnose faults.
- Email you send us. If you email one of our published addresses, we receive your address and whatever you write, and we keep it so we can reply.
We do not receive your name, location, payment details, or any special category data through this website.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies and does not use browser storage for tracking, advertising or analytics. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. For more detail, see our Cookie Policy.
How we use personal data, and our grounds
We process the limited data described above only to:
- keep this website available, secure and working (server logs);
- reply to you when you contact us (your email).
Under the DPDP Act we rely on legitimate uses for the security and availability of the website, and on your consent — given by the act of emailing us — for handling your correspondence. Where you have given consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
We do not use your personal data for behavioural monitoring or profiling, we do not serve targeted advertising, and we do not sell personal data.
Notice and consent
Before or alongside asking for your consent, we give you a notice describing the personal data we seek, the purpose for which we seek it, how you can exercise your rights, and how you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. This policy is that notice for the data described above.
Any consent we take must be free, specific, informed, unconditional and unambiguous, and given by a clear affirmative action. We will not bundle consent into terms you cannot refuse, and we will not make a service conditional on consent you do not need to give.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with the service providers strictly necessary to run this website, who process it on our instructions as Data Processors:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and content delivery.
- Cloudflare Email Routing — routing and delivery of email sent to our published addresses.
- Our domain registrar and DNS provider, where required to operate the domain.
We may also disclose data where we are legally required to, for example in response to a valid request from a competent authority.
Where data is processed
Our service providers may process data outside India, including in the United States and the European Union. Under the DPDP Act such transfers are permitted unless the Central Government restricts transfer to a particular country or territory by notification. You can ask us for details of the providers involved and where they process data.
How long we keep data
- Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short, fixed period for security and troubleshooting, after which they are deleted or aggregated.
- Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to maintain a record of it, and is deleted on request.
Your rights as a Data Principal
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- Access information about the personal data we process about you, and a summary of the data itself.
- Correction and erasure — ask us to correct inaccurate, incomplete or misleading data, or to erase data we no longer need to keep.
- Grievance redressal — raise a complaint about how we have handled your data or your request.
- Nominate — nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@techfxlabs.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act, and we will respond within the timeframe the law requires.
Grievance redressal
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data or your request, please contact us first at privacy@techfxlabs.com so we have the chance to put it right. If we do not resolve it to your satisfaction, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, the authority established under the DPDP Act.
Children
This website is aimed at a general business audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly process the personal data of children through this site. Under the DPDP Act, processing a child's personal data requires verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian, and tracking, behavioural monitoring and targeted advertising directed at children are prohibited. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
If you are outside India
We welcome visitors from anywhere and we apply the same practices to everyone. If you are in the EEA or the UK and the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to our processing of your data, you have additional rights — including the right to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests for server logs and security, and on consent for handling your correspondence. Where personal data is transferred out of the EEA or UK, we rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism such as the Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described clearly rather than made silently.
