Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who navigate with a keyboard, use a screen reader, need high contrast, or rely on reduced motion. We treat accessibility as a requirement of building the site, not as something to retrofit afterwards.
Conformance status
This website is designed to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We assess it against that standard and fix issues as we find them.
Conformance status: partially conformant. The site is built to meet Level AA, but we have not yet commissioned an independent external audit, so we cannot claim full conformance with certainty. Where we know of gaps, they are listed under known limitations below.
Measures we take
- Semantic structure. Pages use landmarks, one top-level heading, and a logical heading order so assistive technology can navigate them.
- Keyboard access. Every interactive element can be reached and operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator, and a skip link is provided to bypass the navigation.
- Colour and contrast. Text meets Level AA contrast ratios against its background, and colour is never the only means of conveying information.
- Motion. Animations are subtle and are disabled when your system requests reduced motion.
- Resilience. Layouts reflow for narrow screens and remain usable when text is enlarged up to 200 percent without loss of content or function.
- No barriers by design. No CAPTCHAs, no autoplaying media, and no time limits on any task.
Known limitations
We are aware of the following, and are working on or monitoring them:
- This statement has not been verified by a third-party audit or by testing with a broad panel of assistive technology users.
- The site relies on system fonts where our preferred typeface is unavailable, which can change text metrics and wrapping between devices.
- Linked third-party websites we do not control may not meet the same standard.
Feedback and contact
If you meet a barrier on this site, please tell us. We want the specific page and, where possible, the assistive technology or browser you were using, so we can reproduce and fix it.
- Email: accessibility@techfxlabs.com
- General enquiries: hello@techfxlabs.com
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports promptly and to keep you informed while we work on a fix.
Enforcement
If you are in India, the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 recognises the right to accessibility for persons with disabilities, and accessibility standards notified under that Act apply to service providers and establishments.
If you are in the European Union, the European Accessibility Act applies to certain digital services from 28 June 2025, with enforcement handled by national authorities in each member state. If you are in the United States, the Americans with Disabilities Act may also be relevant.
If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility report, you can contact the authority responsible for accessibility in your jurisdiction.

How this statement was prepared
This statement was prepared by TechFXLabs through self-assessment against WCAG 2.1 Level AA, combining manual review of structure, contrast, keyboard operation and reflow behaviour. It was last updated on the date shown at the top of this page.
